REGULAR PUMPKIN CAKE Ingredients: 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 cup applesauce 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 3 cups flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 2 cups pumpkin 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Directions: 1. Combine oil, applesauce and sugar. 2. Add eggs and beat until smooth. 3. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnomon and salt. 4. Add dry mixture to wet gradually. 5. Add pumpkin. 6. Fold in chocolate chips. 7. Bake in ungreased tube pan for 1 hour at 375. 8. Let cool and enjoy! Nutrition: 1/16th of cake: 303 calories, 8g fat, 54g carbs, 5g protein
